Solenoid
What is Solenoid
A coil of insulated or enamelled wire wound on a rod-shaped form made of solid iron, solid steel, or powdered iron. A long straight coil of wire can be used to generate a nearly uniform magnetic field similar to that of a bar magnet. Such coils, called solenoids, have an enormous number of practical applications. The field can be greatly strengthened by the addition of an iron core. Such cores are typical in electromagnets.
Keep Solenoid:-
The permanent magnets Solenoids (also known as magnetic latching & self holding Solenoids) are the products line of linear open frame Solenoid that utilizes the advantages of high permanent magnet. The principle of operation is similar to all linear Solenoids. When coil is energized, the plunger moves toward the pole piece. The advantages of the PM Solenoid is that once energized, plunger movement has occurred, the plunger will still remain at the energized position even you cut off the power supply.
Tubular Solenoid:-
The Tubular Solenoids are designed & manufactured to obtain the maximum force output with the maximum weight & size. Minimum Flux leakage by design & low-level operation noise. The outer case is high permeable steel to improved efficiency. Both push & pull types configurable are available in standard option.
Bistable & Rotary Solenoid:-
They are low power & bistable Solenoids. When the coil is input with positive voltage, the rocker will be turn toward the certain end, stop & remain as this position even the coil is de-energized. When the coil is input with reverse voltage, the rocker will be turn back to its original position, stop & remain as this position even the coil is de-energized.
